Create a story in Mystrix Studio
Create a story on Creator web
Choose the New Story icon in the Mystrix Studio header. It opens the one story-creation
entry point from every Studio page. Choose either a blank/manual start or an AI-assisted start;
both choices create the same kind of persisted draft and continue through the same setup,
review, and import workflow.
The workflow asks you to:
1. Choose the program form and complete its profile. Fiction and hybrid programs select an
available world you own or may use, or ask Studio to create a starter world; documentaries and
courses remain worldless.
2. Enter the title, language, canonical classification facets, and content rating.
3. For an AI-assisted start, describe the premise and let Studio prepare the structured draft. For
a manual start, enter the description for a blank draft. The AI-assisted path also retains an
advanced structured-import option.
4. Review the prepared draft and import it into Studio.
Creating the story saves a draft; it does not publish the story. The workflow cannot continue
until its required setup and program-profile fields are complete and, for fiction or hybrid only,
the selected world is available.
If the World or Story list cannot load, Studio shows a retry action and holds setup until the
list loads. Retry the page before choosing a destination.
The new Story begins under your administrative control and keeps you as its original creator and
storage owner. A later accepted control transfer can change who administers access, but it does
not move the Story's attribution, stored-content ownership, or earnings ownership.
Create a story in the Creator app
On Android or iOS, open the Creator app, go to Stories, and choose Create Story. The native
dialog uses the same draft contract as Creator web:
1. Choose the program form and profile. Fiction and hybrid programs select an available owned or
shared world, or create one without leaving the dialog; documentaries and courses do not.
2. Enter the details, classification, rating, tags, and an optional JPEG,
PNG, or WebP cover up to 5 MiB.
3. Select the AI response preset.
4. For fiction or hybrid programs, choose a blank start or a template. Documentary and course
creation skips the fiction-only template step.
5. Review and create the draft, then continue to the form-native authoring workspace.
The app stores one unfinished creation draft on the device, so closing and reopening the dialog
resumes that same attempt. A create request is idempotent: retrying a timed-out request does not
intentionally create a second story. Creation still produces an unpublished draft that must pass
validation before publication. For fiction or hybrid programs, if access to the selected world is
revoked before creation, the app marks that selection unavailable and requires a refreshed or
different authorized world rather than repeatedly submitting the stale selection.
